“ Great Toasted and customisable sandwiches with all kinds of amazing sides to go with like fries or sweet potatoes, milk shakes.... highly recommended ”
“ I feel like London should be called Little America... While the part of me that is occasionally homesick for the U.S. was pleased to see a taste of home, the other part of me worries about all these franchises landing on this side of the pond. However, I have been a few times now and I do enjoy the sandwiches. The queues have been a bit long because people are still getting the hang of the ordering system, but if you want to skip that process, you can order online! Ordering online for pick up is a winner for me because it means I can get back to the office quickly and don't have to spend the majority of lunch in a queue. It is also dangerous because it is really convenient, but as another reviewer has mentioned, they are a bit on the expensive side for the other sandwich options in the area. I never thought I would say that in London... Anyway, you get to put whatever you want on your sandwich, but instead of telling the staff, you mark it on a bag. Sandwiches are catagorised by the different type of meats (or veggie option) or premium sandwiches. I was thrilled to see Banana Peppers as an option and all three times I have been in, I have requested them on my sandwich. I have only had them on my sandwich once, shortly after the place opened. The other two times they have put substitutes on the sandwich. I know I have trouble finding banana peppers in the store here, so if they are having trouble obtaining them, then they need to remove it as an option because green bell peppers are not a substitute. That's probably my biggest complaint and I'm probably far more passionate about it because I love banana peppers. They toast the sandwich and that's what I like about the sandwich. The bread they use stays soft on the inside but goes nice and crusty on the outside. At the bottom of the bag, you can also choose to order fries or sweet potato fries with dipping sauce. The fries are awesome. I don't know how they cook them because there isn't a deep fat fryer, but they are delicious and addictive, especially with the garlic aioli. But you'll be burping garlic for days. You can make your sandwich carb free by having a lettuce wrap and they do have salads if sandwiches are not you thing. And if you have a sweet tooth, they have cakes and cookies. The cakes are nice, but my colleague said that the cookie she got was really hard rather than soft and chewy. I believe they do breakfast as well if you are in the area. Overall, the sandwiches are lovely, fries are addictive, sweets are a bit hit and miss, and it is a bit expensive for a sandwich. ”
“ Amazing food and great service! Ordering process allows you to customize your "Wich" with unlimited toppings. Great value for the price! ”
“ The sandwiches here are to die for! They are so delicious, healthy and super super tasty! The staff was so nice, explained the cool ordering process and were attentive to all my requests. Keep up the awesome work and the food! I recommend this place to any sandwich lover! ”
“ Well it's been a while coming but it's finally landed in the uk. I visited the one in Dallas and it's exactly the same. Great sandwich great sweet potato fries. I went for the shrimp sub and my friend went for the pull pork BBQ. Have to say that although the sandwich was good I think they're gonna have the come down on the price if there gonna do well with the lunchtime office workers in the area. It came to around £9 for a sandwich and fries which isn't bad but with the choice in the area it will have to be nearer £5/6 for them to really do well. ”
